Password Reset Process on idnscor
When you cannot log into your idnscor account, the first step is to navigate to our login page and look for the "Forgot password" or "Password reset" link. This link takes you to a new page where you enter the email address associated with your account. idnscor then sends a reset token to that email address. The token is a secure, time-limited code that only works once and expires after a set period (typically within a few hours).
Once you receive the reset email, you click the link or copy the token into the designated field on idnscor. The system verifies the token, confirms it has not expired, and then allows you to create a new password. You enter your new password (ideally something different from your previous one and strong enough to resist brute-force guessing), confirm it, and submit. idnscor immediately replaces your old password with the new hashed version in our database. Your account is now accessible with your new credentials.
The entire process typically takes under five minutes from the moment you request the reset. If you are based in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan and experience a forgotten password during business hours or after hours, idnscor's automated system processes your request identically—no delay, no staff intervention required. This is especially useful during peak times such as Piala AFF or Champions League finals when our support team may be handling many other inquiries.
What If You Do Not Receive the Reset Email
Sometimes the password-reset email does not arrive immediately. This can happen for several reasons: your email provider may have filtered it as spam, your inbox may be full, or there may be a temporary delay in our mail system. Before contacting our support team, check these common locations:
- Your spam or junk folder—look for an email from idnscor's no-reply address.
- A promotions or updates folder if your email client automatically sorts messages.
- Your email client's archive if you recently cleared your inbox.
If you have checked these locations and still do not see the reset email after waiting five to ten minutes, you can:
- Request a new reset token. Return to the password-reset page and enter your email again. idnscor will send another link.
- Verify you are using the correct email address. If you registered idnscor with a work email but are now checking a personal account, you will not see the reset link.
- Contact our support team if you do not remember which email address you used to create your idnscor account.
If you have completed a password reset on idnscor and created a new password but still cannot log in, wait a minute or two for the change to propagate through our servers. Our platform sometimes requires a brief delay to synchronize the password update across all systems. If you still cannot log in after waiting, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt login again. This removes any old session data that might be interfering with your authentication.
Password Reset and Your Account Activity
Resetting your password on idnscor does not affect your account balance, betting history, or active wagers. When you regain access to your account after a password reset, everything remains exactly as it was. Your Liga 1 sportsbook wagers, Champions League markets, live-dealer table activity, casual game play, and deposit/withdrawal history are all preserved. The only thing that changes is your login credentials.
If you are concerned that your account was compromised before you reset your password, check your account's login history and recent activity. idnscor displays the last several login attempts, the dates and times, and the approximate locations from which logins occurred. If you see logins from unfamiliar locations or times you do not remember, your account may have been accessed by someone else. In that case, after resetting your password, contact our support team to review the suspicious activity and take additional security measures such as enabling multi-factor authentication.
Creating a Strong New Password
When you set a new password on idnscor, we recommend following these practices:
-
1
Use at least 12 charactersLength
Longer passwords are exponentially harder to crack than short ones.
-
2
Mix character typesComplexity
Include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (e.g., @, #, $, %).
-
3
Avoid common patternsUniqueness
Do not use your name, birthdate, pet's name, or obvious sequences like "12345" or "qwerty".
-
4
Never reuse across sitesSecurity hygiene
Use a unique password for idnscor, separate from your email, bank, or social media passwords.
-
5
Store securelyBackup
Use a password manager to store your idnscor credentials safely rather than writing them on paper or saving them in unsecured files.
- Token
- A secure, temporary code sent to your email that grants permission to reset your password. Tokens expire after a few hours for security.
- Hash
- A one-way encryption of your password. idnscor stores hashes, not passwords, so even our staff cannot see your actual password.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- An optional extra security layer that requires a code from your email or phone in addition to your password when logging in.
Account Recovery Beyond Password Reset
If you have forgotten the email address associated with your idnscor account, or if you no longer have access to that email account, password reset alone will not help you regain access. In these cases, you will need to contact our support team with additional verification information. We may ask you to provide:
- Your username or the phone number you used to register.
- The approximate date you created your account.
- Payment details from your last deposit (partial, for verification purposes only).
- A government ID or other identity verification if needed.
Our support team will use this information to verify that you are the legitimate account owner, then help you regain access. This process may take longer than automated password reset—typically between 24–48 hours during business days—because it involves manual review. However, it ensures that only the true account owner can regain access, protecting you from account hijacking.
